Twitter Launches Verified Accounts In 3 Colours- What Does It Mean
Twitter has launched an updated Verified Subscriptions Program. This allowed accounts to have three different color scales: Gold, Grey, and Blue.
Earlier, every account had a blue tick now there is a development in which some accounts have turned Gold.
Gold check for companies, grey check for government, blue for individuals and all verified accounts will be manually authenticated before check activates.
The Twitter Blue subscription service with verification costs $8 for Android users and $11 for iPhone owners per month.

To subscribe to Blue badge, your Twitter account must be at least 90 days old and have a confirmed phone number.
